I offer women support for births of all kinds! Whether you choose a provider-attended homebirth, an unassisted birth at home, a hospital birth, etc., I am here to support your needs.
This includes:
- Free consult
- In-home prenatal Visits (at minimum 2 visits) are where we get to connect and get to know one another better before your birth. These sessions are where we dig deep into pre-birth education. Some topics you can expect would be: the physiology of birth, newborn care, mother care, pregnancy questions, provider preferences, birth preferences, postpartum planning, etc.
- Support with some pregnancy related appointments where you'd like advocacy
- Birth Envisioning
- Guided Visualizations and meditations
- 24/7 Unlimited Contact for questions and concerns
- Continuous Labor Support
- Transfer Support
- Birth Photography
- Birth Story written if desired
- Breastfeeding Support
- In-Home visit (up to 2 hours) during the first 4 weeks postpartum to debrief birth, get questions answered, baby care support, family transitioning, etc.

- Access to my pre-approved book list to dig deep into pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and motherhood education

I currently offer daytime postpartum care in 4-hour increments. My focus is *Mother Care*. When the mother is cared for and nourished, she can focus on bonding with her baby. This leads to the best outcomes. However, I also offer baby care should that be the most supportive for your individual family's needs.
I offer:
- meal prep
- breastfeeding support
- bedsharing/ co-sleeping/ responsive sleep support
- light housekeeping
- emotional support
- birth debriefs
- loving touch and honoring mother's needs
- postpartum integration ceremony
- baby care
- elimination communication (infant potty training) support (I have personally done this with my child and recommend it highly)
- diapering support (inlcuding cloth diapering education)
- support in finding a family rhythm
- newborn care education
- postpartum recovery including vaginal and cesarean births

- Access to my pre-approved book list to dig deep into pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and motherhood education
$25-30 an hour for daytime support
$35-40 hourly for nighttime support

Overall, YOU get to guide the care you wish to receive from me.
If you wish for more structure to our sessions, I’d be elated to be your guide. YOU are centered as the authority of your own experience always. This session includes many follow-up resources, individual plans, etc. tailored to your unique needs.
Freebirth Preparation $25 per half hour
You're ready to birth at home in power and peace! Yes, sister!
But logistically, how does that look? How do you get there?
In these sessions, we can explore wild pregnancies, utilizing healing modalities during pregnancy, undisturbed birth, how to protect the physiology of the birthing experience, emergencies, postpartum care, supplies for birth, newborn care, mother care, etc. To go over all topics, we will need a few calls.
Explore your birth vision with a fellow freebirth sister and clear out fears to actualize it! This is a session guided by you and your needs.
Nourishing Postpartum Meals $20 an hour cooking/ driving plus grocery bill
I love nourishing my clients (and my family) with farm-to-table homecooked meals that aid postpartum healing. Every mama deserves to enjoy meals that nourish and heal...rather than just box mac n' cheese (been there done that).
You may choose your meals or have me cook my classic postpartum recipes. I usually recommend booking this service a month ahead to be sure you reserve my time.
Earthside Birth Pool Rental (prices below)
From 33 weeks to a week postpartum, I provide the complete birth pool set up for your water birth dreams. This includes the Earthside Birth Pool, the Earthside Floor Covering, the air pump, the sump pump, filtered water hose, and pool birth debris (to scoop up poop and whatnot). You will need to provide your own pool liner.
$100 for just the pool and $175 for the complete birth set
